菲醌-甘氨酸希夫碱金属配合物的合成与性能研究

     

摘要

以菲醌与甘氨酸为原料合成相应甘氨酸席夫碱配体(L),与过渡金属盐反应得到两种金属配合物[Cu(L)(H2O)2]·2H2O(a)、[Zn(L)(H2O)]·2H2O)(b),通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、元素分析等对产物进行表征,探究了配体及其金属配合物对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性.结果表明:只有在以甲醇为溶剂的情况下得到了晶体配合物;配体和配合物L、[Cu(L)(H2O)2]·2H2O、[Zn(L)(H2O)]·2H2O对大肠杆菌都有一定的抑制作用.%Phenanthrenequinone and glycine were used as raw material to synthesize glycine corresponding schiff base ligands(L),reacted with transition metal salts to get two kinds of metal complexes [Cu(L)(H2O)2]·2H2O(a)and [Z(L)(H2O)]·2H2O(b).The products were characterized by ir,uv and elemental analyzer,etc,which explored the ligands and their metal complexed bacteriostatic activity of e.coli.The results showed that only the case of methanol as solvent could get a small amount of crystal complexes.Ligand and complexes L,[Cu(L)(H2O)2]·2H2O and [Z(L)(H2O)]·2H2O had certain inhibition on escherichia coli.
