三聚氰胺检测技术专利申请状况分析

摘要

Melamine,a kind of triazine analogue with three amino groups,could form insoluble complexes with cyanuric acid,which could lead to crystallization.The development of melamine detection technology was described from aspects about the patent application date,patent applicant,IPC,and so on.The advantages and disadvantages of the prior art were compared in terms of test methods,sensitivity,specificity and field detection.New ideas of melamine determination were proposed,which may be useful for the scientific research institutions and enterprises in China.%三聚氰胺是一种三嗪类含氮杂环有机化合物,三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸反应生成大分子复合物,可导致结石生成,本文从专利申请时间、专利申请人、IPC分类号等方面阐述了三聚氰胺检测技术的发展历程,并从实验方法、灵敏度、专一性、现场检测几个角度对现有技术的优缺点进行对比,提出了新的检测三聚氰胺的思路和方法,为我国科研机构和企业发展相关技术和申请知识产权保护提供借鉴.
