论高等院校在培养创新型人才中的任务

摘要

高等院校是我国创新型国家战略中创新型人才的重要培养基地,高校和教师都肩负着重要的历史使命.本文论述高等院校在创新型人才的培养过程中高校和教师的不同任务,强调了大学创新教育中的创新课堂教育的内容、方式与方法以及将人文教育、通识教育寓于课堂教育的必要性,论述了大学创新教育对高校整体教师队伍以及教师个人的综合素质与内涵要求,指出了高校构建优良的育人环境的重要性.%Universities are important base to cultivate innovative talents in the innovation-oriented country strategy.Universities and teachers shoulder this historical mission.The responsibilities and tasks of universities and teachers for cultivating innovative talents were discussed.The necessities of innovating teaching content or method and conceiving humanistic education or general education in classroom education were emphasized.The requirements of universities' innovative education about the whole teacher teams and individuals' ability,moreover,the importance in constructing modest cultivating environment,were pointed out.
