The contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang oral liquid from different manufactures were compared.According to the quality standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia(2010 edition),the contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang oral liquid on the market were determinated by HPLC.The column was Welch XB-C18 with temperature at 35 ℃.The mobile phase was composed of acetoniterile-0.4%phosphoric acid(10:90)and methanol-water-phosphoric acid(50:50:0.2)each.The detection wavelength was 327 nm and 274 nm.Yinhuang oral liquids from different manufactures conformed to the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopeia.The content of main components was stable in different batches from one factory,but it was different among different manufactures.It was suggested to improve the quality standard of Yinhuang oral liquid.%比较不同药厂生产的银黄口服液中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量.根据中国药典2010版质量标准,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定市售的银黄口服液中绿原酸、黄芩苷的含量.采用Welch XB-C18色谱柱,柱温为35 ℃;流动相分别为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90)、甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.2),检测波长为327 nm和274 nm.不同厂家的银黄口服液含量均符合药典的规定,且同一厂家不同批号质量相对稳定.但不同厂家含量相差较大.建议完善质量标准.
