石墨烯-银纳米线复合透明柔性导电薄膜的r制备及性能研究

         

摘要

Flexible transparent conductive films have excellent optical and electrical properties. Currently, ITO is the most widely used transparent conductive film, but the shortcomings limit its future development. The development of a new generation of transparent conductive films has become the mainstream of the development of the current transparent conductive field. Polyethylene terephthalate ( PET) was used as a flexible substrate, and the preparation of reduced graphene oxide ( rGO) and silver nanowire ( AgNW) composite films was performed by using the LB pulling-film method and spraying method. The changes in the transparency and conductivity of the composite films under different preparation conditions were studied. Due to the excellent conductivity and light transmission properties of the reduced graphene oxide and silver nanowires, the application of the flexible display device in the future showed great application prospects.%柔性透明导电薄膜拥有优秀的光学及电学性能,目前应用最广泛的即ITO透明导电薄膜,但由于其缺点显著,限制了未来的发展,使得发展新一代透明导电薄膜成为了当今透明导电领域发展的主流.以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为柔性基底,采用了L-B提拉膜法和喷涂法,分部进行了还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)和银纳米线(AgNW)复合薄膜的制备,研究了不同制备条件对复合薄膜透明度和导电性能的变化的影响.由于还原氧化石墨烯和银纳米线优秀的导电性以及透光性能,使得其在今后的柔性显示设备的应用中展现出了巨大的应用前景.
