常规样品堆积-微乳毛细管电动色谱检测白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂

         

摘要

A normal stacking mode-microemulsion capillary electrokinetic chromatography method(NSM-MEEKC) was developed to analyze and detect 5 phthalate acid esters in Chinese liquors. The effects of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) surfactant, pH and concentration of phosphate buffered saline(PBS) buffer solution and injection time were investigated in order to optimize the stacking processes. The results showed that under the optimized experimental conditions, the lowest limit of detection (LOD) was 0.05 μ g/mL. Compared with conventional microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography, the sensitivity was increased by 8 ~10 times. The recoveries of 5 phthalate acid esters (PAEs) were in the ranges of 85.7% ~93.4%. The proposed NSM- MEEKC method was successfully applied for the analysis of 5 phthalate acid esters in Chinese liquors with satisfactory results.%建立了常规样品堆积-微乳毛细管电动色谱检测白酒样品中常见的5种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs) 增塑剂的方法.考察了表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠浓度、缓冲液浓度和pH值以及进样时间对常规样品堆积模式富集效果的影响.结果表明,NSM-MEEKC对5种PAEs的检测灵敏度(S/N=3)和常规微乳毛细管电动色谱法相比提高了8~10倍,检测限为0.05~0.1 μg/mL, 5种PAEs的平均回收率为85.7% ~93.4%.该方法灵敏度较高,已应用于白酒样品中5种PAEs的检测,结果满意.
