大河电站1F 蝴蝶阀关闭故障分析及处理

摘要

以大河电站1F蝴蝶阀为例，阐述其关闭故障及原因，并重点探讨其处理方法，供相关工作参考借鉴。%Butterfly valve is one kind valve of rotatable disc -shaped or the double even shape , which mainly used for cutting off flow.Simultaneously, it is also the important part of hydroelectric power station .However, because of different factors in the actual application, there are faults in the valves, which influence the operation safety .Therefore, it is taken the river power plant 1F but-terfly valve as an example , its closure breakdown and the reason have been elaborated in details , and then its processing method has been discussed .It is looking forwards to provide the reference to the later work of butterfly valve closure .
