某电厂矩形尾部烟道数值模拟及截面优化

         

摘要

针对某电厂2号机组矩形尾部烟道电除尘器出口至引风机入口段阻力过大的问题,采用ANSYS流体计算软件对该段烟道流场进行了数值模拟,将模拟结果与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了研究方法的合理性,并得出烟道中阻力过大的部位主要是连续紧凑布置的弯头、变径管等异形件及烟气汇流处.设计了3套圆截面烟道改造方案,对其阻力特性进行了数值模拟,得到改造方案一、二、三的烟道减阻率分别为89.51%、92.64%、89.82%.考虑实际工程应用,选带"虾米弯"结构的方案三为宜.%In allusion to the problem of large resistance in the section from electric precipitator outlet to induced draft fan inlet of the rectangular tail flue of No.2 unit in one power plant, ANSYS fluid calculation software was adopted to perform numerical simulation on flue flow field. Simulation result was compared with theoretical calculation result, which verified reasonability of the research method and drew conclusions that parts with excessive resistance in the flue included parts such as bend or reducer as well as the confluence of flue gas. Three sets of transform scheme for circular cross-section flue were designed and numerical simulation was conducted on resistance characteristic. Resistance reduction rates of the flue of those three schemes were respectively 89.51%, 92.64% and 89.82%. Considering actual engineering application, the scheme of selecting shrimp curved structure was supposed to be appropriate.
