In allusion to problems of high construction and operation costs of flexible alternative current transmission systems (FACTS) equipment needed for rapid development of power systems and large-scale new energy feed-in as well as out-of-balance of reliability and economy caused by unreasonable capacity configuration, it is necessary to comprehensively use FACTS equipment and conventional fixed series compensation (FSC) equipment and relevant benefit assessment is requisite.Therefore, this paper presents an assessment method for comprehensive benefit of hybrid series compensation combining FSC with thyristor controlled series compensation (TCSC), establishes the assessment model and provides involved computational formula and solutions.It finally verifies reasonability and effectiveness of this assessment method by combining actual example of large-scale wind power grid-connection.%针对电力系统快速发展以及大规模新能源入网需要越来越多的柔性交流输电系统(flexible alternative current transmission systems, FACTS)设备参与建设和运行成本高、不合理的容量配置导致可靠性和经济性失衡的问题,综合利用FACTS设备和常规固定补偿设备(fixed series compensation, FSC)成为必然的选择,相应的效益评估也成为必要的环节,为此,提出一种针对FSC和可控串联补偿装置 (thyristor controlled series compensation, TCSC)联合补偿的综合效益评估方法,建立评估模型,给出相应的计算公式以及解决方法.最后结合大规模风电基地并网问题,验证综合效益评估法的合理性和有效性.
