共轭聚合物光伏电池中界面调控的研究进展

         

摘要

聚合物光伏电池具有成本低,重量轻、分子结构与器件结构多样化、可大面积湿法制备等特点,显示出良好的应用前景.但现阶段聚合物光伏电池与硅基光伏电池相比,在能量转换效率、稳定性和寿命等方面仍然存在差距.针对这些差距,研究人员在诸多方面展开了研究.其中,电池的界面调控是当前的一个研究热点,包括界面调控的原理、界面修饰、界面制备技术等方面.为了厘清界面结构调控与电池性能的关系,本文将从这几方面出发综述聚合物光伏电池界面结构调控的研究现状和发展趋势.%Polymer solar cells (PSCs) have the advantages of low cost, light weight, wide variety of molecular structure, and can be prepared in a large area. However, PSCs still have disadvantage in efficiency, stability and lifetime compared with silicon-based solar cells. In order to solve these problems, researchers have carried out extensive research in many aspects. Among them, interface tructure of the PSCs is a research focus, including the relevant interface principle, interface modification and interface preparation technology. Therefore, in this paper, the research progress of the interface structure in polymer solar devices is reviewed, and the development trend of polymer solar cells is also prospected.
