沧州市城区浅层地下水开发利用研究

摘要

As city economic development is backed up by abundant groundwater resources , over exploitation of deep groundwater resources has become a hindrance to rapid economic development and a big hazard to city ecologic environment .Proper and effective exploitation and utilization of shallow groundwater will not only alleviate water shortage contradiction , reduce exploitation pressure on deep groundwater , but also help to increase precipitation utilization and strengthen water resource protection .%城市社会经济的发展离不开地下水资源的有力保障，而深层地下水超采已经成为制约城市经济快速发展的一个瓶颈，同时也对城市生态环境造成了严重的危害。合理有效的开发利用浅层地下水，不仅能缓解城市用水矛盾、减轻深层地下水开发压力，同时对提高地下水资源保护能力、提高大气降水可利用率等方面都有着十分重要的作用。
