不同贮藏方法对燕麦种子活力及抗氧化酶活性的影响

         

摘要

采用常温、干燥、超干、冷藏、冷冻5种不同的贮藏方法,测定处理30、90 d 燕麦种子活力及抗氧化酶指标,结果表明:(1)低温贮藏促进燕麦根、苗的生长,最大分别达到9.11 cm 和13.946 cm;(2)种子贮藏90 d 后,种子活力差异显著,发芽率、发芽指数均在超干贮藏条件下达到最大,为91.33%和81.211,显著高于其他贮藏方法,此时种子的电导率显著低于其他贮藏方法;(3)燕麦种子含水量达到4.53%时,种子活力最高,抗氧化酶活性也较高,种子内 SOD、POD、CAT 活性达到最大值,分别为0.794、199.56、19.97 U/(g·min)FW。5种不同贮藏方法中,对短期贮藏燕麦种子的优势表现为:超干贮藏>干燥贮藏>常温贮藏>冷藏贮藏>冷冻贮藏。%Used five methods fo storing oat seeds,including ambient temperature,drying,ultra dry,refrigera-ted as well as frozen.The seed vigor and antioxidant index were measured after storage with 30 days and 90 days.The results showed that:(1 )low temperature in the storage promoted oat roots and seedling growth, which reached to 9.1 1 cm and 13.946 cm,respectively;(2)After the storage of 90 days,the germination rate and germination index reached the maximum of 91.33% and 81.21 1 in ultra dry storage conditions,which were significantly higher than that of other storages.Meanwhile,the seed of the conductivity was significantly lower than that of other storages;(3)When the moisture of oat seeds was 4.53%,the seed vigor was highest and ac-tivities of antioxidant enzymes was higher,the SOD,POD,CAT activity of oat seeds reached the maximum of 0.794 U/(g· min)FW,1 99.56 U/(g·min)FW,1 9.97 U/(g·min)FW,respectively.In conclusion,the effect rank of different storage methods on oat seeds in short term storage was ultra-dry storage>dry storage>stor-age under room temperature>cold storage>refrigeration storage.
