The global unique solvability of the nitial-boundary value problem in a bounded, two or three-dimensional domain with fixed perfectly conducting boundaries is proved for the modified Navier-Stokes equations coupled with the Maxwell equations .The system gives a deterministic description of the dynamics for conducting, incompressible, ideal state ,homogeneous fluids. Improved re- sults are proved for the periodic boundary condition case.%在二维或三维有界域Navier-Stokes和Maxwell方程耦合下的整体唯一可解性初边值问题。该系统给出了一个确定性描述的动态进行,理想状态下不可压缩,均质流体。改进的结果,证明了周期性边界条件情况。
