基于3 Dmine矿业软件的露天矿山采剥计划的数值模拟

         

摘要

In order to study the total annual ore-bearing rock and ore quantity of stripping plan in open-pit mines, the paper taking an open-pit metallil mine as the research subject,employs the cone exclusion method to generate the optimal mining geological body which is economically evaluated using the dynamic planning theory.Mine production is numerically simulated by the stripping plan model set up based on 3Dmine,and the results will be subjected to the comparison with actual production data of the past 6 years.Research shows that the simulation results basically agree with the actual production data.The model is used to predict the mining stripping plan of the next 5 years.The strip-ping plan of mine production based on the model provides guidance for the mine and can be referred to by other mines.%为研究露天矿山采剥计划年矿岩总量和矿石量,以某露天金属矿为研究背景,依据锥体排除法生成最优地质开采体,运用动态规划理论对最优开采体进行经济评价,以3Dmine为载体建立采剥计划模型对矿山生产进行数值模拟,并与矿山6年的实际生产数据进行对比分析。研究表明:模拟结果与矿山的实际生产数据基本吻合,运用该模型为矿山预测未来5年的采剥计划。模型得到的采剥计划对该矿山的生产有一定的参考价值,并对其他矿山有借鉴意义。
