排山楼矿业公司针对炭浆提金工艺过程中产生的粉炭,采用板框式压滤机进行洗涤过滤回收,同时进一步改进电解贫炭的洗脱方式,结合常温常压湿法再生工艺,探索出一套适合炭浆工艺解吸电解系统的粉炭回收新工艺、新方法;并利用自行设计的多层燃烧室灰化炉,采取一次装料、分层焙烧的灰化工艺,实现了粉炭完全灰化,综合回收了金、银,取得了良好的回收效果和经济效益.%Powdered carbon is produced in the CIP process in Paishanlou mining company.The company uses frame and plate filter to wash,filter and recover the powdered carbon.At the same time,barren carbon elution by elec-trolysis process is renovated.Combined with NPT regeneration,a new process and method of powdered carbon recovery fit for CIP desorption electrolysis system is explored.With independently designed multi-layer combustor ashing fur-nace,and once loading,multi-layer roasting ashing process,complete powdered carbon ashing is realized and gold and silver are comprehensively recovered,achieving satisfactory recovery effect and economic profits.
