生物氧化预处理工艺在卡林型金矿的应用实践

         

摘要

The carlin-type gold ore was a low sulfur gold ore with arsenic and mercury.The gold in the ore is in-cluded in sulfide minerals.Based on these ore features,Jinfeng mining company uses bio-oxidation process to pretreat the flotation gold concentrates.10 years'production shows that the bio-oxidation process can effectively treat the carlin-type gold ores with gold recovery rate reaching if not exceeding the design levels,achieving good economic and social benefits.In operation,the flow sheet is renovated and the process parameters are optimized constantly according to field production conditions.CIL recovery of gold reaches around 93%.The wastewater from CIL process is treated by INCO and A/O methods to remove cyanide and thiocyanate.The treated water reaches national standards for wastewater e-mission.%针对卡林型金矿石含砷、含汞,硫含量低,金主要以包裹金形式嵌存于硫化矿物中等性质,锦丰矿业公司采用生物氧化工艺对其浮选金精矿进行预处理.经过近10年的生产运行表明,生物氧化工艺能有效处理卡林型金矿石,金回收率等技术指标均达到并超过设计水平,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.在运行过程中,根据现场生产情况对各项工艺参数进行不断优化及流程改造等,金炭浸回收率提高至93%左右.炭浸后废水采用INCO法和A/O法处理氰化物和硫氰酸盐,出水水质达到国家废水排放标准.
