加味升阳益胃汤组方对荷瘤小鼠化疗后骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Jiawei Shengyang Yiwei decoction on on bone marrow and immune function after chemotherapy in tumor-bearing mice. Methods Transplanted tumor in mice Sarcoma S180 model was established and mice were divided into five groups. Tumor cells control group was injected with 0. 2 ml saline, CTX group was injected with cyclophosphamide, and three treatment groups were injected with CTX and were gavage with different dose of Jiawei Shengyang Yiwei decoction (0. 1, 0. 2, 0. 3 ml). Results White cells, hemoglobin and blood platelet level decreased in mice in CTX group. There was significant difference between tumor cells control group and CTX group (P<0. 05 =. The white cells, hemoglobin, and blood platelet level of the three treatment group was normal, and much more obvious improvement appeared in high and medium dose group. There was significant difference between the three treatment groups and CTX group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jiawei Shengyang Yiwei decoction could be antagonistic to the bone marrow suppression and immune function decline caused by chemotherapy in tumor-bearing mice.%目的：重点探究加味升阳益胃汤组方对荷瘤小鼠化疗的骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。方法建立小鼠肉瘤 S180移植性肿瘤模型,并将小鼠分成五组,荷瘤细胞对照组腹腔注射生理盐水0.2 mL,环磷酰胺组注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosvnamide,CTX)20 mg/ kg,三组治疗组分别给予注射同等剂量 CTX 化疗,同时给予不同剂量的加味升阳益胃汤组方,其中小剂量组每只中药灌胃0.1 mL,中剂量组每只中药灌胃0.2 mL,大剂量组每只中药灌胃0.3 mL,1 mL 大约含有70 g 生药量。结果环磷酰胺组小鼠的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均降低,荷瘤对照组和环磷酰胺组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均正常,大剂量组、中剂量组升高程度相对明显。三个剂量组和环磷酰胺组对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味升阳益胃汤组方能拮抗荷瘤小鼠化疗后引起的骨髓抑制及免疫功能的下降。
