创新胶布固定法联合多爱肤对减少PICC皮肤破损等不良反应的干预作用

摘要

Objective To study the best methods of increasing the trauma results from PICC fixation. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group (n=25 ) and control group (n=25 ). After using hydrocolloid dressing, a kind of skin pads, at the place where PICC fixes in the experiment group, sticking transparent dressing on the surface and fixing it with innovation tape fixation; and using the common tansparent dressing at the place where PICC fixes in the control group, the amount and situation of appearance of the skin trauma were observed and recorded.rnResult Through the statistic processing, there were obviously better performance of the experiment group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Innovation tape fixation combining with hydrocolloid dressing can decrease the detrimental effect, such as skin trauma, and has the function of repairing demaging of skin, prolongs effective time of PICC, reduces the medical expenses.%目的 寻找减少PICC固定引起皮肤破损的最佳方法.方法 将50例行PICC的患者随机分为试验组25例和对照组25例.试验组PICC固定处皮肤垫用多爱肤,表面贴透明敷料,并使用创新胶布固定法固定.对照组采取一般透明敷料贴于PICC处固定皮肤,观察记录两组患者皮肤破损发生的例数及情况.结果 经统计学处理,干预后的试验组PICC固定处皮肤情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 创新胶布固定法联合多爱肤应用能有效减少PICC固定引起的皮肤破损等不良反应,并能起到修复破损皮肤的作用,帮助患者减少伤痛,延长了PICC的使用时间,节省了患者医疗费用,值得临床推广.
