This paper briefly introduces the urban planning , underground integrated pipelines management and service aspects and ap-plication prospects , which is constructed basing on the geographic information technology , 3D GIS technology and the results of Dig-ital Daqing.%简要介绍了在数字大庆成果基础上，基于地理信息技术和三维GIS技术建设的大庆三维数字城市，其在大庆市城市规划和地下综合管线管理与应用服务方面的作用和应用前景。
