轴电流引起的电机轴承温度高及预防措施

摘要

This paper introduced the cause of shaft current in the sliding bearing of large and medium-sized motor, analyzed the reasons and the solutions for quick rising of the bearing temperature with in-field instances.The preventive measures for the shaft current were introduced.Through actual experiences, the problem of abnormal high temperature of bearing bush arisen by shaft current was solved and an accident was prevented.%本文介绍了采用滑动轴承的大中型电动机轴电流产生的原因，并结合现场实例分析轴承温度快速升高的原因及解决方案，介绍了防止轴电流产生的预防措施，通过实践经验解决了轴电流引起的轴瓦温度异常升高，避免了事故的发生。
