目的:建立一种测定高浓度工业有机废水中氨氮含量的纳氏试剂比色法。方法:利用干扰纳氏试剂比色反应的有机物和三氯甲烷互溶,用三氯甲烷萃取弃去消除干扰。结果:工作曲线在0.10-2.0mg/L氨氮浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9993,平均加标回收率为93.6%--105.8%,相对标准偏差小于2.58%,方法的检出限为0.029mg/L。结论:该方法操作简便、去干扰效果好、灵敏、结果可靠。%A photometric determination of ammonia-nitrogen in waste water containing high content of organic contaminants was established.The method utilize solubility of chloroform to organic contaminants that interfering colorimetirc reaction of the determination by Nessler's reagent.The chloroform was used to extract organic interfering contaminants out of waste water's sample and was discarded.By means of the method,resulting the ammonia-nitrogen determination linearity was 0.10-2.0 mg/L with relative coefficient was 0.9993,mean recovery was 93.6%-105.8% to the addition of standard test,the method's RSD was less than 2.58%,detection limit was 0.029mg/L.Thus,we archived a sensitive and high reliable ammonia-nitrogen determination method for waste water containing high content of organic contaminants.
