固相萃取-气相色谱法测定地表水中邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯

摘要

A method for the determination of di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate(DEHP)in surface water samples by using solid phase extraction couple with gas chromatography was established. The limits of detection were 2.00μg/L. The relative standard deviation of retention time and peak area were 1.4%and 3.2%. The recoveries of DEHP were 95.4-112.7%.%建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法检测水中邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯（DEHP）的方法，并对实际水样进行了测定。该方法的检出限为2.00μg/L，保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差为1.4%和3.2%，对不同加标浓度水样的回收率为95.4%-112.7%。
