降低捣固焦炉丢炉率的实践

摘要

The production equipment of 3# and 4# stamp-charging coke ovens in Panzhihua Iron &Steel Co .break down frequently ,which need to shut down for maintenance .Some improvements such as the build-up welding of coal supporting plate, the modification of program for stamping-charging-pushing machine (SCP),the manufacture of movable track for coke guide ,the amelioration of distor-tion correction for pusher ram greatly reduce equipment failure as well as miss -pushing rates caused by the failure .%针对攀钢3＃、4＃捣固焦炉生产设备经常发生故障，并需要停机检修的问题，通过堆焊托煤底板、修改捣固机程序、制作拦焦机活动轨道和改进推焦杆变形校正方法等措施，大大降低捣固焦炉设备故障率，减少了因设备原因造成的丢炉率。
