间接蒸氨在 AS 工艺上的应用

摘要

对原有AS蒸氨工艺中的铸铁泡罩蒸氨塔进行改造，并引进更为节能高效的再沸器间接蒸汽蒸氨。该方法具有工艺合理、操作简单、维修方便、设备寿命长、节能等特点。%This paper described that cast iron bubble plate column for the existing AS ammonia strip -ping process has been modified,plus a high efficiency re-boiler for indirect ammonia stripping ,which is characterized with rational process ,simple operation,easy maintenance,long service life and energy saving,etc..
