影响硫酸铵产品质量的因素与改进措施

摘要

对硫酸铵生产过程中影响产品质量的因素进行了分析。针对硫酸铵外观、游离酸以及产品夹带黑粒子的问题，通过技术改进和加强管理，可提高产品质量，降低次品发生率，稳定优等品率。%This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of ammonium sulfate in the produc -tion.In view of the problems such as the appearance ,free acid and black particles in the ammonium sulfate,we have to upgrade the product quality ,minimize off-spec.rate and maintain high quality rate by improving technical process and management .
