大学生学习成绩变化趋势及其影响因素的实证研究

         

摘要

Based on the four-year academic scores of selected undergraduates from a“985”university, the paper analyzes the changing trend in college students' academic achievement and how gender and Hukou affect it. Key findings are summarized as follows:(1)overall, college students' achievement indicates a trend of up-down-up-down; (2)the average score for female students reaches the highest point in the sixth semester, while for male students, it is in the second semester; the average score for male and female students reaches the lowest point in the eighth semester;(3)female students have higher initial achievement (the first semester) than male students, and students from rural areas have higher initial achievement than students from urban areas; (4)gender has a significant effect on the rate of change, specifically the rate of change is faster for male students. The findings may provide references for China's universities in enhancing educational governance and improving educational quality, thereby promoting the development of a powerful nation in higher education.%本文使用某“985”高校大学生四年的成绩数据,分析了大学生学习成绩的变化趋势,以及这种趋势的性别差异和城乡差异。结果发现:第一,大学生学习成绩在总体上表现为一个“升-降-升-降”的过程。第二,女生学习成绩的最高点出现在第六学期,男生学习成绩的最高点出现在第二学期,男生和女生成绩的最低点均出现在第八学期。第三,女生学习成绩的起始水平(第一学期)高于男生,农村学生成绩的起始水平高于城市学生。第四,大学生学习成绩变化存在显著的性别差异,男生成绩变化速度快于女生。研究结论有助于提高教育管理者工作的针对性和有效性,提升大学教育教学水平,助推高等教育强国建设。
