高钡孕育剂在生产厚大灰铸铁件中的应用

摘要

High barium inoculants (10%Ba) are used to carry on multiple inoculations to produce large and thick machine tool products whoe performance and metallographic structure, with a little or without precious metal (Cu, Mo) alloys addition, meet the requirement of HT300. Moreover, the casting body has a good uniformity with its hardness ranging from HB190 to HB220, which solves the problem of the big difference between surface and internal hardness.%在厚大机床类产品的生产中,利用Ba含量在10％的高钡孕育剂进行多次孕育处理,在少加或不加贵重金属合金Cu、Mo等的情况下,性能和金相组织均达到HT300的要求.而且铸件本体硬度在HB190～220,均匀性好,很好地解决了铸件表面硬度与内部硬度差大的问题.
