钛合金高温离心铸造装置设计及其铸造充型率研究

     

摘要

The high temperature centrifugal casting apparatus with heating and heat preservation function for vacuum induction furnace was designed to eliminate the cold shut and misrun in thin-wall casting of titanium alloy. Casting mould is heated to reduce the cooling rate of metal liquid and improve the casting filling rate. The apparatus consists of the centrifugal heating system, power distribution system and mechanical structure etc. By the pouring test, the results show that the high temperature centrifugal casting apparatus can cast about 1.0 mm thickness of the complex shape and thin-wall casting.%针对钛合金薄壁铸件易于出现冷隔、浇不足等问题,设计出一种适用于真空感应炉带有加热和保温功能的高温离心铸造装置.对铸型进行加热,从而降低金属液的冷却速度,进一步提高充型率.该高温离心铸造装置由离心加热系统、供电系统及机械机构等组成.浇注试验表明,设计的高温离心铸造装置可铸造出厚度为1.0 mm左右的形状复杂无缺陷薄壁铸件.
