高校专利技术转移模式分析

摘要

The paper conducts an analysis of the patent transfer mode of our universities from the business and universities perspectives.The article first of all classifies transfer model of patent on universities, secondly it proposed the three stages of its development on patent transfer model and its development trend, and it pointes out that The United States and Japan have reached the third stage;Finally, according to the statistical results of a survey based on the universities and high-tech enterprises in 14 provinces and cities nationwide, it conducts an empirical analysis on patent transfer model of our universities, and obtains more than a meaningful revelations from the survey results.%本文从高校和企业两个视角对我国高校专利技术转移模式进行了分析.文章首先对高校专利技术转移模式进行了分类;其次提出了高校专利技术转移模式的三阶段划分及其发展趋势,并指出美日等国家已经达到了第三阶段;最后通过对全国14个省市的高校和高新技术企业进行问卷调查,对我国高校专利技术转移模式进行了实证研究,并从调查结果中得出了多个有意义的启示.
