创新型企业知识管理成熟度模型研究

摘要

As the subject of the market innovation, innovative enterprises are the decisive power for building an innovative country. It has been the key point for developing enterprises' core competitiveness that how to build an operable knowledge management maturity evaluation model and to transform enterprise innovations into organization performance. Based on the content of innovative enterprises knowledge management, and the structural dimension of knowledge innovation, knowledge assimilation, knowledge application and knowledge protection, this paper builds a four-dimensional model of the innovative enterprise knowledge management maturity. Basedon the questionnaire survey, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper obtains the maturity of innovative enterprises and proposes the skip-level path of innovative enterprise knowledge management maturity%创新型企业作为市场创新的主体,是建设创新型国家的决定性力量.如何建立创新型企业知识管理成熟度评估模型对企业知识管理进行可控的评估和定位,将企业创新转化为组织绩效,成为企业核心竞争力的重点.本文基于创新型企业知识管理的内涵,建立了基于知识吸收、知识创造、知识应用和知识保护等四个维度的创新型企业知识管理成熟度四维评价模型.通过目标企业的问卷调查,运用AHP以及模糊综合评判法评估目标企业成熟度,并给出了其知识管理成熟度的“升级”路径.
