物联网产业开放式创新的跨组织知识流动

         

摘要

In the process of opening innovation in Internet of Things ( IoT) industry, knowledge flowing among enterprise, research institutes and the customer could enhance the industry's knowledge level, which can improve the innovation performance. Starting with the different phases of industrial innovation cycle, it discusses the process of trans-organizational knowledge flowing from elementary stage to advanced stage in IoT industry, analyzes the transformation mechanism of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Then, three countermeasures are put forward to solve the bottleneck of trans-organizational knowledge flowing in different phase: government getting involved in pricing knowledge, enhancing the trust between enterprises and making customer participate in the innovation process.%在物联网产业开放式创新环境下,知识在企业、 科研院所和顾客等不同主体之间的流动有利于提高产业整体创新绩效.在Nakano提出的知识流动SECI模型的基础上,本文从物联网产业创新周期的不同阶段入手,对物联网产业跨组织知识流动从低级向高级演进的过程进行研究,着重分析了知识流动过程中显性知识和隐性知识的转化机理.针对不同阶段跨组织知识流动的瓶颈,分别提出了政府介入知识定价、 增强企业间信任并使企业知识水平协同发展、 提升顾客参与创新程度三点管理提升措施.
