促进浙江境外经贸合作区融入“一带一路”发展的措施建议

China is vigorously promoting a new round of high level opening to the world.Overseas economic and trade coopera-tion zone is an important carrier of implementing the strategy of going global.Zhejiang province has built six overseas economic and trade cooperation zone in six countries,and carried out the positive exploration and the virtual practice in this filed.Zhe-jiang should seize the new opportunity of implementing the strategy of “One Belt One Road”,vigorously expanding new ap-proach to international trade and economic cooperation,using policy communication,path connection,trade smooth,currency float and people affinity,vigorously promoting overseas economic and trade cooperation zone,strengthening abroad interactions, enhancing financing ability,accelerating localization,integrating development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone and strategy of “One Belt One Road”,creating a new situation of opening unceasingly.%我国正大力推动新一轮高水平对外开放，境外经贸合作区是实施“走出去”战略的一项重要载体。浙江省已在6个国家建立了6个境外经贸合作区，在该领域进行了积极的探索和实践。浙江省应抓住国家实施“一带一路”战略新机遇，大力拓展国际经贸合作新途径，利用“一带一路”建设中的政策沟通、道路连通、贸易畅通、货币流通和民心相通，推动合作区纵深发展，加强对外联动，提高合作区融资能力，促进合作区本土化，将合作区发展与“一带一路”战略相融合，不断开创对外开放的新局面。
