蔗糖酯-纳米氧化银的制备及结构表征

摘要

以无毒、可生物降解的蔗糖酯作为表面活性剂,以氢氧化钠和硝酸银为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备纳米氧化银。考察不同因素对产物粒径的影响。结果表明：在硝酸银浓度0.04mol/L、氢氧化钠浓度0.04mol/L、蔗糖酯质量浓度1.2g/L、反应时间60min和温度40℃条件下电动搅拌制得的纳米氧化银的粒径为76.5nm,粒度分布均匀,分散性较好。说明蔗糖酯能有效地分散纳米粒子并防止其团聚。%Nano-scaled silver oxide was synthesized from sodium hydroxide and silver nitrate with non-toxic and biodegradable sucrose ester as a surfactant by chemical precipitation.The effects of different factors on particle size of nano silver oxide were investigated.The results showed that nano silver oxide with an average size of 76.5 nm was prepared under the conditions of 0.04 mol/L AgNO3,0.04 mol/L NaOH,1.2 g/L sucrose ester,reaction time of 60 min and reaction temperature at 40 ℃ with the aid of electric mixing.The prepared nanoparticles had uniform size distribution and good dispersion,which suggested that sucrose ester could effectively disperse nanoparticles and prevent aggregation.
