固体饮料中维生素C含量的测定

摘要

Study the determination method of vitamin C in solid beverage. Basis on the determination of total ascorbic acid in fruits, vegetables and derived products (GB/T 5009.86), through changing the mode of activated carbon using, with the method of centrifugation, optimization methods of vitamin C detection in solid beverage. Results showed that the method of linear range was 5.0μg/mL-20.0μg/mL, repeatability RSD%was 2.2%and recovery range was 97.4 %-98.3%.%　　探讨固体饮料中VC测定方法。在国家标准方法测定水果蔬菜中VC含量方法（GB/T 5009.86）的基础上，通过改变活性碳加入方式，引入离心等样品前处理操作，优化固体饮料中VC的含量方法。结果表明，方法线性范围5.0μg/mL～20.0μg/mL，重复性RSD%为2.2%，回收率范围为97.4%～98.3%。
