我国食品安全风险交流机制与对策研究

摘要

Food safety risk communication is the weak link in China's food security governance,but also the main reason why food safety incidents frequently amplified . Studies had shown that current food safety risk communication mechanism lacks effectiveness,the establishment of an effective food safety risk communication mechanism is an effective way to promote the modernization of our country's food security governance. For this purpose, the food safety risk communication process should strengthen interaction among stakeholders ,building the collaborative mechanism of the government,businesses,consumers,non-governmental third parties and other stakeholders is an effective way to improve food safety risk communication efficiency .%食品安全风险交流是我国食品安全治理的薄弱环节，也是食品安全事件频频被放大的主要原因。研究表明，我国目前食品安全风险交流机制的有效性不足，建立有效的食品安全风险交流机制是推动我国食品安全治理现代化的有效途径。为此，在食品安全风险交流过程中应加强食品安全利益相关者之间的互动性，构建政府、企业、消费者、非政府第三方等利益相关者协同机制是提升食品安全风险交流效率有效方式。
