“智慧天津”食品安全管理体系构建研究

摘要

Combining with the Smart City construction in Tianjin,this paper proposes the establishment of food safety risk model and effective risk assessment. It is another core part in this paper that building an intelligent informational FSS platform. An smart framework of FSS is given at the end of this paper.%结合天津市智慧城市建设，针对我市食品安全监督管理体系建设存在的突出问题，提出建立食品安全风险模型，并进行有效评估；构建智慧型食品安全信息化平台；在此基础上提出智慧型食品安全监管信息化平台设计。
