从食品生产链角度出发,有利于对上游制造企业、中游加工企业和下游销售终端企业以及物流企业的食品安全管理进行创新和改进,从而根据不同的生产环节,探讨防控食品安全问题的对策,以优化整个食品供应链质量安全体系。在研究生产链的基础上,从食品生产企业出发,研究企业如何在做好成本控制的同时,对生产环节严格把关,既保证生产成本的降低,又能保证食品安全的可靠性。%From the perspective of the food production chain,this paper is useful for the innovation and improvement of food safety management for the upstream manufacturing enterprises,processing enterprises and downstream terminal sales enterprises. According to the different production aspects,this paper discusses the countermeasures of prevention and control of food safety problems,in order to optimize the whole food supply chain quality security system. On the basis of study of production chain,from the point of view of food production enterprises,making research on how control cost as well as making strict control of production processes,not only to guarantee the production cost,but to ensure the food security.
