应用于食品检测的上转换材料的合成与修饰

     

摘要

Lanthanide-doped upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) are one of the most promising materials for the food safety detestion due to their unique chemical and optical properties.It was found that the UCNPs had a favorable effect on brucellastreptococcus and escherichia coli. To enhanced its application in the field of food safety detection,the synthesis technology and surface modification methods should be improvemented.Here,we successfully synthesized the UCNPs with different coating agent by the hydrothermal synthesis method and discussed the different methods to modify the surface of the UCNPs,which can enable it better to be applicated in the field of the food safety detection.%镧系元素掺杂的上转换发光纳米颗粒(UCNPs)因其独特的化学和光学特性而成为了食品检测领域中最具应用前景的材料之一。发现该技术在布鲁氏菌、链球菌及大肠杆菌等食品安全检测中应用效果极好。为了进一步的推进其在食品安全领域中的应用,需要改进其的合成方法与表面修饰方法。本文利用水热法合成了不同表面包覆剂包覆的UCNPs并且探讨了几种修饰UCNPs的方法,使其能够更好地应用于食品检测领域。
