To evaluate the quality of the products,the HPLC method for the determination of the content of origin proanthocyanidin in blueberry was established. HPLC chromatographic conditions:Diamonsil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column,flow phase:methanol∶acetonitrile∶water=75∶20∶5;flow rate was 1 mL/min,detection wavelength at 280 nm. The method had good linear relation,Y=5 756.85X+2 715 (0-100 μg/mL),R2=0.999 5. The repeatability and precision were good,and the recovery rate was 99.83%.
