中国体育赛事食品安全保障机制的研究

摘要

从我国体育赛事食品安全现状、食品安全事件特点、现存问题以及保障措施构建四个方面进行探讨，为保障我国体育赛事的食品安全提供理论基础。%The current sports events of food safety, food safety incident characteristics, existing problems and safeguard measures to construct four aspects were discussed, to ensure the food safety of our country sports pro-vide theoretical basis.
