ICP-MS测定食品及相关产品中重金属等元素的研究进展

摘要

The current applications of ICP-MS analysis technology status of heavy metals in food and related products were reviewed. The determination principle,parameters and application scope of ICP-MS were sum-marized and compared. At the same time,the development trends of ICP-MS analysis technology in food and re-lated products were discussed.%综述近年来ICP-MS分析技术在食品及相关产品中重金属检测的应用现状。对其测定的原理、测定参数及其应用范围等进行了总结和分析比较，同时还展望了ICP-MS分析技术在食品及相关产品中的发展趋势。
