To study on the function of Rhodiola extract tablets in enhancing anoxia endurance,the mice of ex-perimental groups were orally given Rhodiola extract tablets for 30 days at the dosages of 0.2,0.4,1.2 g/kg·BW (Equivalent to 5,10,30 times of the recommended amount ofhuman body) respectively. The anoxia endurance of the tablets were examined on three different types of anoxia model mice. The result was that as followed,Rhodiola extract tablets could significantly increase in mice atmospheric anoxia survival time and mouth breathing time after acute lack of blood in brain. No significant effects of Rhodiola extract tablets on the growth of mice and the survival time of mice subjected to NaNO2 was observed. The results indicated that Rhodiola extract tablets could enhance anoxia endurance of mice.%研究红景天片提高缺氧耐受力的功能。分别用0.2、0.4、1.2 g/kg·BW(分别相当于人体推荐用量的5、10、30倍)剂量的红景天片连续给小鼠灌胃30 d ,检验其提高3种不同类型缺氧模型小鼠缺氧耐受力的能力。结果显示红景天片能够显著延长小鼠在常压缺氧存活时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧(断头)后张口喘气时间,对小鼠体重和小鼠在亚硝酸钠中毒后的存活时间无影响,说明红景天片具有提高缺氧耐受力的功能。
