高效液相色谱法同时测定方便面中16种多环芳烃

         

摘要

建立一种快速、准确测定方便面中16种多环芳烃的高效液相色谱方法.方便面样品采用石油醚先进行油脂提取,再用乙腈:丙酮(1:1,体积比)混合溶剂提取,依次使用Waters的Oasis HLB和的Sep-Park Florsil固相萃取柱进行富集净化.经Waters PAH C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)分离,以乙腈和水的不同配比设置流动相梯度,在不同的激发波长和发射波长下用荧光检测器测定方便面中的15种多环芳烃.苊烯用紫外检测器以230 nm进行测定.结果表明,16种多环芳烃的加标回收率为75.8 %~95.3 %,RSD为2.87 %~5.23 %,检出限为0.010 μg/kg~0.070 μg/kg.该方法稳定、快速、简便,能满足方便面中16中多环芳烃的含量测定.%A rapid and accurate method for determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in instant noodles by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Instant noodle samples were extracted by using petroleum ether first, reoccupied by acetonitrile and acetone(1 : 1,volume ratio)mixed solvent extraction,then used Waters Oasis HLB and Sep-Park Florsil column for enrichment and purification. 15 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were separated by Waters PAH C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and different mobile phase gradient were set up by acetonitrile and water under dif-ferent ratio,which were detected by different excitation wavelength and emission wavelength.Acenaphthylene was detected by ultraviolet detector at 230 nm.The results showed that the average recoveries of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were between 75.8 % and 95.3 %,while the relative standard deviations were between 2.87 % and 5.23 %,and the limits of detection were between 0.010 μg/kg-0.070 μg/kg.The method used in this study was stable,fast and easy,which can satisfy the determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromat-ic hydrocarbons in instant noodles.
