玛咖多糖的研究进展

摘要

Maca is an indispensable medicinal and edible homologous plant which has rich nutritional value and medicinal effect.The extraction process,chemical structure and physiological function of Lepidium meyenii polysaccharide was described in this chapter, especially the physiological functions such as anti-aging, increase fertility, regulating immunity, antioxidation, anti-fatigue and anti-liver injury.Additionally. The development direction in future of Lepidium meyenii polysaccharide was summarized.%玛咖具有丰富的营养价值和药用功效,是不可缺少的药食同源型植物.对玛咖多糖的提取工艺、化学结构及生理功能进行介绍,重点对玛咖多糖的抗衰老、提高生育能力、调节免疫力、抗氧化、抗疲劳及抗肝损伤等生理功能进行论述,并指出玛咖多糖未来的发展方向.
