气相色谱法同时测定韭菜中16种有机磷农药残留

         

摘要

建立一种气相色谱法同时测定韭菜中敌敌畏等16种常用有机磷农药残留量的方法.样品经乙腈-氯化钠盐析处理并纯化后,选用DB-17毛细管柱进行分离,气相色谱火焰光度法测定,在40 min内完成分离.16种有机磷农药在线性范围内(0.05 μg/mL~1.00 μg/mL),相关系数均大于0.99676,检出限为0.005 mg/kg~0.03 mg/kg.加标回收率在77.0 %~107.0 %之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为1.3 %~3.2 %.该方法操作简便、灵敏、快速、稳定,有实用价值.%16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues including dichlorvos in leek were simultaneously determined by gas chromatography. The samples were extracted and purified from the leek firstly by using a salting-out method of methyl cyanide sodium chloride. Then the sample solvents were separated by DB-17 capillary column and detected by gas chromatograph-flame photometric detector(GC-FPD)after filtration in 40 min. The test result showed that the linear equations were obtained in the concentration range of 0.05 μg/mL-1.00 μg/mL with correlation coefficients greater than 0.996 76.The limits of detection(S/N=3) were 0.005 mg/kg-0.03 mg/kg,a recovery range was 77.0 %-107.0 % and RSD was 1.3 %-3.2 %.The method was simple,sensitive,fast,stable and practical.
