交货期窗口下小批量食品机械制造车间柔性调度

         

摘要

生产调度是保证制造车间生产有序、稳定运行的决定性因素,传统算法很难针对多目标柔性调度问题进行建模和有效求解.在此提出一种动态交货期窗口下基于遗传算法和模拟退火算法的混合式智能优化算法,并针对该类大规模组合优化问题进行建模仿真,采用著名的FT06 Benchmark对该算法的调度性能进行基准测试.结果表明,所提出混合式优化算法针对多目标,小批量食品机械制造车间柔性调度问题搜索效率高,质量稳定,具有较好地全局优化能力.%Food processing and packaging machinery industry is an important technical foundation for the food industry. With higher requirements for food variety and quality, it is urgent for the food machinery manufacturing industry to innovate and update the traditional techniques. The production scheduling is a key of success in the orderly and stable job-shop production. The traditional scheduling method is hard to model and solve the multi-objective combinatorial optimizations in realistic manufacturing system. In this paper an hybrid optimal algorithm,integrating genttic algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm, is developed to optimize flexible scheduling objective of E/T with due-date window. In addition,mathematical model is established. To testify optimization feasibility,the proposed approach has been simulated on FT06 benchmarks. Simulation results show that the proposed can effectively improve search efficiency,achieve better solution quality and global optimization.
