The certainty research on the distribution of cashew's overall size was based on the 500 cashew and the analysis of 2540 experimental data. The results showed that: there is a very significant correlation between the total thickness of cashew, the height of the cashew center and the center thickness of cashew. And therefore ordered the total height of cashew as standard, cashew could be classificated preferably. So increasing the classification of cashew could reduce differences of the same level cashew in dimensions, which could be improved the shelling rate of cashew, and reduce a number of design requirements for the equipment at the same time.%以500颗腰果为研究目标,以2540个实验数据为分析基础,对腰果外形尺寸分布规律进行了定性研究。数据分析研究结果表明:腰果总厚度、腰心高度、腰心厚度都有非常显著的相关性,因此以腰果总高度为基准可以较好的将腰果进行分级。增加腰果分级等级能减少同一级别腰果外形尺寸的差异性,由此可利于对腰果进行脱壳,以提高腰果的脱壳率,同时还可降低对设备的多项设计要求。
