对近年来国内外食品及化妆品中香豆素和黄樟素类化合物分析方法的研究现状进行了综述,主要分析了各种样品处理及分析方法的特点,指出目前分析方法的主要问题和今后的研究重点.%Recent advances in analytical methods for coumarins and safroles in food and cosmetics are reviewed. Different sample preparation and analytical methods are described. In addition, the main problems and key points of future development with personal perspectives are discussed.
