消防员心理健康评估及影响因素

摘要

A SCL-90 questionnaire survey was carried out to the front-line firefighters of 10 provinces(or cities) using the method of stratified sampling. The results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and the SCL-90 fire norms was established, which provides a basic comparison data for the research of firefighters' mental health in China. The overall level of mental health of the front_line firefight-ers in China was evaluated by comparing the fire norms with the lo-cal norms and the soldier norms. The key factors that affect their mental health were analyzed.The results showed that: the mental health level of the front_line firefighter is significantly higher than that of the local groups and military groups; the factors such as the fire squadron type,the task type of assuming,the geographical sit-uation, the climatic situation,the economic development level and the ethnic areas, have a significant impact on mental health of the front_line firefighters.%通过分层取样的方法,使用SCL-90对我国10个省份的一线消防员开展问卷调查,使用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析,建立了我国一线消防员SCL-90心理健康常模,为我国消防员心理健康研究提供了基础比对数据.通过与地方常模和军人常模进行对比分析,对我国一线消防员整体心理健康水平进行了评估,分析了影响其心理健康的关键因素.结果表明:针对统计范围的我国一线消防员的整体心理健康水平明显高于地方群体和军人群体;中队类型、承担任务、地域情况、气候因素、经济发展水平以及民族聚居地区等因素,对一线消防员心理健康具有显著影响.
