太阳能热水器自限温电伴热带引燃能力

         

摘要

Introduced the structure, classification and heating prin-ciple of self-regulating trace heating tape of solar water heater. Se-lected 300 cm length of trace heating tape sample, the conductive plastics temperature and surface temperature of trace heating tape under normal working condition were tested. The results showed that the surface temperature could reach up to 69.9 ℃ and the con-ductive plastics temperature 77.0 ℃, not liable to cause fire acci-dent. Meanwhile, the ignition performance of self-regulating trace heating tape under short circuit condition was tested, it was gotten that the instant temperature could reach up to 2000 ℃ at the short circuit point, liable to cause fire. The research could give referenc-es for fire investigation on self-regulating trace heating tape fire of solar water heater.%介绍太阳能热水器自限温电伴热带的结构、分类和发热原理.选取300 cm伴热带样品,测量正常工作时伴热带导电塑料温度和伴热带表面温度,测得绝缘层表面温度可达69.9℃,导电塑料表面温度可达77.0℃,不易引发火灾.对自限温电伴热带短路情况下的引燃能力进行试验,得到短路故障时瞬间高温能够达到2000℃,有引发火灾的危险.研究可对太阳能热水器电伴热带电气故障类火灾的调查提供帮助.
